Welcome to Occupational Mental Health Specialists
OMHS is a private consultancy specialising in occupational mental health. We work primarily with mental insurance companies and their clients on income protection insurance to assist with mental health recovery and return-to-work.
We support both individuals and organisations in managing mental health and return-to-work.
For individuals, we offer psychological treatment, occupational rehabilitation and business and executive career counselling.
For organisations, we offer the related activities to manage employees with a mental health condition and their return to work. We provide training, mentoring for managers and consulting in occupational mental health.
We employ psychologists and executive career coaches with unique clinical expertise and experience in providing workplace psychological services including independent psychological assessments, occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work coaching.
We are based in the Sydney CBD and travel to all parts of NSW. We also travel interstate if required and use a range of technology that allows us to provide some services remotely.
